I have been coming to Hair by Philip for over 20 years and in that time have had many stylists do my hair. They have always been very accommodating when I have changed appointment times and have done their best to arrange alterative appointments for me. I have over the years recommended Hair by Philip to friends and will continue to use them, as in my book they are the best salon in the area. Gemma is always alert to what is going on and keeps a close eye on junior staff, I have noticed that standards slip a little when she is not around.
