Had a warm welcome on arrival at Hair by Phillip. Was asked to take a seat and refreshments offered. Gemma the stylist talked about what colours I would like and then applied them. The result fabulous! Had a deep conditioning treatment from a competition I had won, which enriched my hair and colour. Found the whole experience very relaxing and professional. Already looking forward to my next visit. Thank you Gemma and staff. Sheryl

Sophie (aged 5 ys) came for her first haircut in a Salon this afternoon. She was made to feel special from the minute she walked in the door. Kelly talked to her about how she wanted her hair cutting and why having it a little longer than she wanted might be a good idea then it could be tied up still. She then offered to plat it for her after it had been cut which sealed the deal. Sophie was still grinning this morning and has "mermaid hair" from the plats being in over night . Thanks so much for the excellent service as always.

First time visiting this salon the ladies were lovely. I popped in and showed them the style and colour I wanted my hair a lady did a consultation first then booked me in. The lady who did my hair was very nice offered me a drink. I was nervous how my hair was going to look but really pleased with the colour exactly what I wanted. Thank you

The salon looked messy and unmanaged when I walked in the door. There were biscuit wrappers and hair all over the floor, which everyone was just stepping over, although the salon wasn't that busy. The daughters of the nail technician were draped over various items of salon furniture during my appointment. They were waiting for their mother to finish work and were bored stiff, stuffing crisps into their mouths. It doesn't make for a professional environment. There was no receptionist on duty and no-one seemed to be in charge.
