always super friendly service, all the staff are genuinely kind and courteous and refreshing. i dont think i've ever had that dim question asked in the usualy non caring way that you get in some salons.... ''going anywhere nice this weekend/tonight/today?'' these guys are refreshing and lovely. seats are comfy and you feel happy with your space. you're not kept waiting ages for appnt. some places i've been over the yrs i've been kept waiting up to 30minutes despite having a booked appointment. i find the environment a little too warm for me, but they may very well just be me. its just once you're under that cape and foils and towels and its a balmy warm day you do need a blow of cool air over your face. i have always asked for door to be open which has never been a problem, but in absence of opening windows which doesnt seem possible there i guess this is the only way to get a flow of air through. perhaps a door ajar or open out back might work better. however its lovely that its not air con'd. you're always greeted with a smile and treated extremely well and who doesnt love a selection of mags to flick through whilst having their hair transformed by a pro into something beautiful. in the words of modern day teenagers: 'its all good babe!'. ;-)

Deanne did my hair exactly the way I I wanted it and advised me on maintaining it. She is very good and made me feel at ease as she was confident in what she was doing, Thank you! Also the young lady who washed my hair was very good and very professional.

My initial impression on walking into the salon today was the new layout. By being able to expand to the back room area there is a lot more space which gave a very fresh new look appearance. The young girl on reception , Izzie and Gemma were all very helpful providing me with hairstyles to view, advice on hair styling and products. I was also very pleased with my £5 birthday voucher! A lovely bonus. I have since booked 7 more appointments 6-7 weeks apart as advised Looking forward to viewing the next innovative changes!
