No problems with recent experience but would like to advise that after being advised to just 'pop in' for a fringe trim I have been turned away yet again as nobody is able to spare a few minutes between appointments to offer this service! It only takes a few minutes and I am always prepared to wait so its is very frustrating to be told I have to come back at another time.

Thank you for your review, I understand your frustration but occasionally during peak times it can be difficult for our stylists to offer the fringe trim service and we cannot always guarantee how long the wait could be. I will have a look into options to prevent this problem in the future. Please feel free to ring ahead prior to popping in so the receptionist can tell you the best time on that particular day for your fringe trim. Thank you

Issy always does a great job on my colour and is very knowledgeable. All the girls are lovely and friendly and I enjoy catching up with everyone. Great to have Daniella back and love the way she curls my hair! Thanks girls!

As first time client with my daughter everyone was very friendly and talked through with both of us what we wanted.I am delighted with my new style and we have both rebooked the next 2 appointments. BTW. I rarely give 10\10 and the 8 was only because we were a few minutes after our appointment time but it wasnot a problem . thanks
