Everyone always friendly, helpful and polite. Donna did my colour and as always made a good job of, a new(to me) young lady shampooed after and was very pleasant and helpful, unfortunately I failed to catch her name, very remiss of me, but she had dark hair and very pretty, as all of the girls are! Phillip cut and blow dried my hair after the colour and as usual he did a very good job so I have to give 10 out of 10 to everyone.i didn't ask for any professional advice, but the form wouldn't let me close without rating that so I gave it 10 anyway as I am sure if I had asked that is what it would have been!
