I arrived at the Salon under the impression that Elizabeth would be doing my hair only to be told she had left! For the second time I had not been contacted regardingy stylist. As I said this is the second time this has happened and would like to be contacted regarding this please.

Hi Linda,Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I am very sorry for your experience and that we didn't contact you about the change of stylist. I have just tried to phone you myself to apologize and assure you this is not common practice at hair by Phillip, but the number we have for you isn't working so this may have been the reason why it was missed. I understand that doesn't make it ok as we haven't updated your record. Normally the person dealing with re-arranging any appointments should leave a note on the appointment for the stylist so they are aware of the appointment change, this was also not done. For both of these reasons I would like to offer you a complementary conditioning treatment on your next visit as well as my sincerest apologies and assurances that this will not happen again in the future. I would love to see the outdated pictures taken down from the wall (the blonde in the silver dress in particular!). It cheapens the look of the salon.

The cut was very good, I was doubtful as the stylist was very young & I was kept waiting after being washed but she done a good job, just needs to brush up on “customer care”.

Salon can be very noisy at times. My visit this week was good and hair was done professionally, but I have not always had a good experience when visiting. Was happy that my loyalty card was asked for at Reception, hasn't always been the case when I have forgotten to produce it and missed out on a stamp. Stylists are very professional and I always come away pleased with my hair styling.

Loved the salon environment but felt the stylist didn’t finish off the cut. Returned to salon and this was rectified
