As always, I was made to feel welcome on arrival and was seated straight away. Having your hair cut is a personal experience that you need to feel relaxed about having done and trust the stylist who is doing the cutting! I have total trust in Kelly who cuts my hair and I was very pleased with my cut today.

Very good experience. Glad to see reception has improved as have had some poor experiences in the past. My hairdresser Kelly is very efficient and friendly who I would highly recommend.

It was ok but I did go in for basic treatment, nothing fancy. It was very hot and steamy in the salon. It would benefit from having some windows open and smell from some treatments (such as hair colouring) can make it unpleasant.

Sorry that you felt that it was too hot, we are happy to open the doors or the skylight on request please feel free to ask a member of staff we are happy to accommodate.We are currently in the processes of organizing a refit of the whole salon and air conditioning is one of the things we will be looking into. having installed for the comforts of our clients. Thank you again for alerting us so we have the opportunity to improve on the salon experience.
