My initial impression on walking into the salon today was the new layout. By being able to expand to the back room area there is a lot more space which gave a very fresh new look appearance. The young girl on reception , Izzie and Gemma were all very helpful providing me with hairstyles to view, advice on hair styling and products. I was also very pleased with my £5 birthday voucher! A lovely bonus. I have since booked 7 more appointments 6-7 weeks apart as advised Looking forward to viewing the next innovative changes!

I'm hoping it is a graded result from worst to best as there is nothing on the circles to indicate which way you are grading. I had a super time today and you are all wonderful - as always :D

Very pleasant, friendly and professional staff. Gemma has worked her magic on my hair again today, the colour and cut look amazing. I am so happy that I have found this salon and that I can visit and come away with confidence -I will never need to go elsewhere! Thank you Hair by Philip xx
