I am generally very happy with using Hair By Phillip. My only comments would be that the prices are quite high and in comparison the 'loyalty' bonus is very stingy - you get just £5 discount for every six 'stamps', and even though the 'deal' is one stamp if you spend £15, you don't get 2 stamps on a £30 spend etc, so I'm spending around £300 before I get £5 off!

I just love the restyle and new colour today. It's minor changes but made a huge change for me. I received open and honest input into what would suit me.

As usual a lovely colour by Jodie, and an excellent cut and blow dry by Gemma. My only complaint is I cannot always get an appointment with Gemma as she is always so busy. However if she wasn’t she wouldn’t be as good, so cannot complain. I’m sure everyone in the salon has to be up to a high standard otherwise they wouldn’t be employed by Gemma. I will just have to be more flexible!

First time visiting this salon the ladies were lovely. I popped in and showed them the style and colour I wanted my hair a lady did a consultation first then booked me in. The lady who did my hair was very nice offered me a drink. I was nervous how my hair was going to look but really pleased with the colour exactly what I wanted. Thank you

Kelly always makes my visit enjoyable, she’s an excellent colourist and stylist. All the girls are polite and friendly it’s always a pleasant experience getting my hair done x
