Issy gave me the best haircut I have ever had. She gave me advice for future cuts and didn't splash my face once when she washed my hair (I hate that!). I love the online booking system and the £5 voucher you sent me!

The colour i was after was very specific as i had had it done before. Sophie took the colour list i gave her and my hair colour turned out perfectly, she also gave a beautiful trim finish. Would highly recommend and i am looking forward to my next appointment already XX

I went to have my hair coloured and cut before a wedding I had the next day, for the first time at hair by Phillips. When I arrived my booking had been missed booked. The staff dealt with the situation really well and professionally. They juggled a few staff and squeezed me in. I was really happy with the attention I received. I was really pleased with the colour and cut and will definitely be returning.
