First visit to the salon. Wanted a simple blunt cut with a couple of inches off. Tamisha was lovely she treated my curls with kindness and was helpful with what I could look at for a future colour treatment. Nice clean salon, not overly noisy, a nice opportunity to switch off and I felt comfortable during my appointment. Probably the best hair salon experience I have had in over 10yrs. Thanks to Tamisha

No problems with recent experience but would like to advise that after being advised to just 'pop in' for a fringe trim I have been turned away yet again as nobody is able to spare a few minutes between appointments to offer this service! It only takes a few minutes and I am always prepared to wait so its is very frustrating to be told I have to come back at another time.

Thank you for your review, I understand your frustration but occasionally during peak times it can be difficult for our stylists to offer the fringe trim service and we cannot always guarantee how long the wait could be. I will have a look into options to prevent this problem in the future. Please feel free to ring ahead prior to popping in so the receptionist can tell you the best time on that particular day for your fringe trim. Thank you
