My hair was a mess but Ivan and his team took care of it! It looks amazing new haircut & colour ! They are a genuine professional team and treat each client as they were VIP's . Thou there is thumbs down but not HairFocus's team fault: a fire alarm that got all out of salon and every shop at LDO Wembley. Luckily it was only for about 10 minutes and then everyone got back inside carrying on with their work. Many thanks from the bottom of my heart!
