I really enjoyed the experience of having my hair done at Hair Focus in Wembley Park LDO today. I went in yesterday with my eldest daughter (also very happy with her new hairstyle from Hair Focus), for a consultation and skin test. Everyone was very friendly / professional and knowledgable about products that would help me to keep my hair looking good in the weeks to come and their advice regards colour and cut/style were spot on too. I will be returning as the wonderful Alex fixed my stubborn greys and gave me back my curls along with a lovely flattering layered cut that keeps my hair below shoulder length at the back with some graduated layers at the front. I have confidence in the Hair Focus team and highly recommend them. There was no pressure selling of products and the head massage was so relaxing, that I dozed off for a short while. Thank you so much for a lovely experience.

Always a pleasure to come back, and always welcomed with a smile. However this time I got a nice upgrade and Ivan gave me a wonderful blow dry. I am very happy about it. Thanks! I definitely recommend this saloon.

I was able to make an appointment with very little notice and received a very warm welcome at the salon. It has a nice chilled out vibe and very relaxing. I was offered a nice coffee and biscuits before my stylist introduced herself and did a very thorough consultation. Maria was very knowledgeable and very attentive, making sure she understood my requirements. She showed me images to confirm how short I was prepared to go and then got to work. The products used all smelt delicious and whilst I was under no pressure to make a purchase, I decided to buy the heat protector. Maria took her time to finish my cut and style meticulously, leaving my hair 100% better than when I walked in. The goodie bag with vouchers and a couple of little gifts was a great final touch. I will definitely be back!
