I had my hair coloured yesterday at Hair Focus by Sharleen and I absolutely love the end result! In a nutshell; I came in as a walk in client feeling quite stressed with the state my hair (I had bayalage done the previous day at another salon) and had a wedding reception in the evening. I had a consultation with Sharleen, she started on my hair and throughout was giving me a breakdown of what she was doing to correct the ‘mistake’ and achieve what I wanted without damaging my hair. She was conversational, put me at ease and very professional - she didn’t bad mouth the other salon once when they had clearly made a mess! I had such a positive experience, they are definitely central London prices but it reflects their level of skill and service.

This was my first time in hair focus and it was wonderful specially Ivan was the best and all the staff were really friendly and helpful. I would definetly suggest all my friends and relatives as it was a wonderful experience. Would specially like to thank Ivan for making my hair look so beautiful......

I have been a regular client here since the Salon opened at London Designer Outlet in Wembley. The service is faultless. The stylists always offer professional advice without a “hard sell” only recommending what they genuinely believe you need. Everyone is friendly and I regularly get asked where I have my hair cut and coloured. It offers excellent value for money and I always feel great when I leave. I’ve recommended Hair Focus to all my friends and they are equally impressed.

Balayage was very well done but the stylists also did blow dry which was a part of the process, that’s what they mentioned while booking me in but she didn’t mention that I would be charged extra for the service. Unfortunately this isn’t value for money, I wouldn’t recommend this place to family or friends.
