I really like the professionals but they seem to be overbooking clients and the hairdressers end up attending multiple clients at the same time, creating confusion and the wait is sooo long that I sometimes regret going there.

I enjoyed my visit and felt the the stylist listened to me. I was glad that she did not try to engage in polite chat- i just like to sit and contemplate or read my book/magazine. Because of the 30% off special offer, I felt that i received good value for money on this occasion, so I will visit again, when you next have an offer. thank you

Hair Focus UK are far superior than any of their competitors. The environment is always friendly and the staff are amazing. I simply wouldn't go anywhere else.
