Someone offered me tea and I didn't even get it in the end. However, was satisfied with the haircut and the boards they put up as I cover my hair. The haircut I received was also really great and the stylist was lovely, but I just wish it was a little cheaper.

Water temperature needs to be adjusted as it takes quite long to get warm Shampooing took a bit too long and hence it became quite uncomfortable to sit as not the most comfortable neck/head support Nice, Soft feeling towels Theresa is skilfull and I have had many compliments on the way she styled my hair

I had booked an appointment for 4 - I didn't get seen until 4.30! However Ivan did my hair which made a difference !!! I would like to comment that I found Jazmina - one of the stylist very offensive - on my first visit I was having a conversation with Zafira (Spanish stylist ), who did my hair wonderfully - during that conversation she took it upon herself to interfere with our conversation and on Saturday 30th she commented that I did not have to wait that long - again whilst I was conversing with Ivan. The shop has a warm envirioment and unfortunately I found Jazmina offensive on both my visits - she had an awful manner which may interfere with the atmosphere of the salon.

The hairstylist was amazing, gave really good advise and my hair looked lovely. I think when you book they need to be more clear on the prices as you agree to a different price when booking and then have to pay more on the day which is a big let down.

I love hair focus cause they have very good stylist. This the second time I got the Balayage done to my hair, although I didn't get the color that I wanted and it didn't start from the root as requested. Sadly this is not the vibrant red hair color that I was looking forward to.
