I was a bit nervous going back again for a second visit as have been going to my old salon for so long. However I needn’t have been nervous. Everyone was lovely and made my very welcome. i was listened to and advised perfectly and now have a ‘plan’ for my hair. I would recommend the salon to anyone to be fair. The only thing I felt bad about was that I left without remembering to tip the lovely young lady who washed my hair. I will rectify that at my next appointment. Thank you all xx

I am always happy with the service I receive from HI. The stylists and other staff are professional, friendly and understanding of my needs and wants. I always feel I am given good advice if I am unsure about something. I always recommend Hair Inc to my friends.

Gemma is a great stylist. Really happy with my cut. Finish also great with options how to style. She's a naturally friendly and I treating person to talk to, which is great as I it's genuine conversation. The only reason I put less than 100% is that the shampoo, whilst lovely, was finished with a conditioner which was continued down my forehead and cheeks. On the whole, a lovely haircut experience notwithstanding the rookie error.

Angela was great and did a lovely cut. I just think £54.50 was an awful lot of money for a basic cut and blow dry.

had a full head of hi lights by the lovely Emma, happy as always with the result. always come out feeling a million dollars.
