So I booked my appointment online the evening before, for 9.20am with Barry. Long story short, I had been losing my hair through a medical condition. Explained all this at the start... Barry made me feel so at ease and talked me through the hair cut he was about to do. He also suggested some hair strips for next time to fill in some gaps. I was a bit cheeky and asked if he had time to do it straight away. Well Barry made time, he got some of his team members (Dan) involved, and got me sorted and feeling better about myself. Thank you so much for making me feel special x

Went in to get a wash,cut and blowdry as my hair was in desprate need of a good wash and cut. The young lad took me over to the sink and first got water all over my face and down my top. He then put shampoo on and quickly rubbed it into my hair didn't even get his fingers into my roots or touch my scalp and underneath at the back of my neck didn't get any shampoo. He quickly washed it off and was over within a minute. He asked me to sit up I asked If that was it and if he could do a second shampoo and get down to my scalp as my hair was quite greasy. He did but only done the same technique as the first time. My hair did not feel clean at all and i really wasn't happy. The girl who was cutting my hair came over, as I wasn't happy with my wash I had to say something she apologised and offered to wash it again, she then gave me a really good shampoo it felt great and she couldn't apologise enough she was so nice and polite. She done a brilliant job on my cut and give me a lovely blowdry. I'm normally not a chatty person when getting my hair done but this young girl was lovely and had a nice chat with her very easy to talk to and had great customer service. She made it all better after the first wash.

I had a very pleasant experience, and felt I could trust Abbie with what I wanted. She works very fast and confidently which I liked because I hate spending age's in any salon. Will definitely be back.

I have been visiting hairlucinations for the last 10/15 years, they have changed premises, changed hairdresser,s. Always get a professional service , professional cut from a professional hairdresser. Book online, book over the phone or just call in , offers availability also. Would recommend.
