I tried to cancel an appointment I had booked online as I would not be able to make it. I asked for a refund for the deposit I had paid and I did not receive it, I came in for a treatment from abbi who was great and so helpful with me. I did mention to Katie I had not had the refund, I thought she was very rude by answering well you should not have booked and this had happened before with me. ( this being the first time I have cancelled an appointment) wouldn't mind I cancelled well in advance, if it had been the last minute I called I understand you would lose your deposit but it was 5 weeks in advance. I only asked for the payment to go off my last treatment. it does say on the website if you cant keep an appointment to call and cancel and that's what I did. did not expect to be spoken to so rudely and made to feel embarrassed for asking for my own money back. I spend a lot of money in the salon as I love getting my hair done here.

So I booked my appointment online the evening before, for 9.20am with Barry. Long story short, I had been losing my hair through a medical condition. Explained all this at the start... Barry made me feel so at ease and talked me through the hair cut he was about to do. He also suggested some hair strips for next time to fill in some gaps. I was a bit cheeky and asked if he had time to do it straight away. Well Barry made time, he got some of his team members (Dan) involved, and got me sorted and feeling better about myself. Thank you so much for making me feel special x

Despite being extremely busy -7 stylists all occupied, I was offered drinks, magazines on a couple of occasions.My overall time in the salon was only 10minutes longer than usual in spite of the large volume of customers. Staff were cheerful and efficient as always.
