We are known for being specialists in organic hair colouring but we can also provide you with a great cut, finish or upstyle as well. I have been to hair organics many times, but on this occasion I was very disappointed at the treatment I received. Normally when I arrive, and are seated I am offered a drink, but not this time. I noticed that other customers had been offered refreshments, but not me. Also when my hair had been coloured it is usually a wait of no more than 30 minutes before it is washed and dried. I sat for over an hour, totally ignored, before having my hair washed. I had been in the salon for an hour and a half in total, which is the longest i had ever taken to have my hair coloured. My mouth was dry, and I was very thirsty after such a long wait. I left the salon feeling very upset at the treatment I had received, and will not be returning in future. This is no way to treat a regular customer.
