Had my hair highlighted 10 days ago at Hair Organics. Unfortunately however the colour was the same as when I went in! Leo the stylist asked me to come in order for him to rectify, free of charge which I did today. The colour is still not the ‘super bright’ blonde highlights he promised - not at all my brief. However the worst of the experience was the total lack of interest in me as a customer today. Leo made no efforts to check my hair after the receptionist dried it - yes the receptionist. He had promised he would check the cut too today as he rushed that last time. I believed it would all be put right today but alas, this was not to be. I observed the treatment of an elderly customer who despite her ‘booking online’ they had no appt for & asked her to come back another day. She was on crutches & none of the staff attempted to help her with the door on the way out - until the receptionist finally made a half hearted attempt. I was disgusted. All in all, a slightly self possessed, uninterested team of staff.
