I have been meaning to call into this salon since it opened close to my home. I decided to give it a try when my usual salon had no convenient appointments. I loved the online booking service as it gave me time to consider which appointment time would be best without feeling I was wasting a receptionists time while I deliberated. The salon is bright and stylish and staff were incredibly friendly. There were no obligatory "are you going on holiday this year?", "are you out tonight?" questions which was refreshing. As a busy working mum who constantly makes decisions in life I like a stylist to make decisions for me, so I can sit back and relax for a while. Tom was happy to do that and made me feel confident in his ability. My hair is thick and naturally curly. Tom layered my hair perfectly (which is rare) and worked with my natural curl rather than reached for the hair straighteners. I was very impressed with my whole Harley experience and will definitely be using this salon regularly in future.
