This was my first visit to HBA Hair design and I have been very impressed. I booked my appointment online which was really easy and loved that I got confirmation of date, time, price and stylist immediately. Tess greeted me as soon as I walked through the door and I was taken to the sink without any wait at all. I am probably every hairdressers nightmare as it has to be absolutely spot on, my usual style had long gone and grown out for sheer nervousness of having to find a new hairdresser after mine retired. Tess was brilliant, right from the word go she asked exactly what I wanted and checked again through the process of cutting and finishing. I am so pleased and happy to have found such a lovely welcoming salon with stylists who really do listen and deliver what you ask for. Thank you Tess.
