I am new to the area and chose HBA based on reviews I had read. I rang to book an appointment and even at this point I was made to feel valued and was impressed by the amount of time spent in finding out my hair needs. Once in the salon (which looks beautiful) I was again given time to consult with my stylist Annie on what I wanted and I felt confident throughout my colour and cut that Annie would style my hair exactly how I wanted it. I have a platinum blonde pixie cut and both the cut and colour look fantastic. All of the staff are lovely and although I had never visited the salon before I was made to feel very welcome by everyone. I was even brought a pot of tea on a tray with a separate little jug of milk which I thought was a lovely touch ( not a in a mug like I would get in my native town of Manchester!) I would highly recommend this salon, staff know their stuff, use all the best products such as L’Oréal and olaplex, they are friendly yet professional and perform hair miracles in their shop!

I had to wait a little at this recent visit but I didn't mind as Nia was helping a lady who had mobility problems it just showed me how caring the salon is.
