Oh just simply brilliant, I was a new customer and this was my first appointment. Despite being new the greeting and acknowledgement I received was as though I had been going to HB beauty for years and was a regular. The aura, the conversations and the acknowledgment from all members of staff was just brilliant and jaw dropping.
