From when I walked in, I had such a welcome from all staff. The environment was very welcoming and friendly feel. Nate, who my appointment was with, could not have made my appointment any better. He was so open and honest about my hair, which really needed fixing, he was so helpful and showed me some pictures and gave me some ideas. Super chatty and made me feel welcome and comfortable.
