I do not like your new policy on taking 50% deposit payment for the next appointment in 8 weeks time, this effectively means the Salon has my money & the interest on it for 8 weeks. I have always turned up on time for my appointments so I don’t see why I am effectively being punished for others who can’t be bothered to turn up for their appointments. I would predict that this policy will not be popular with your clients & will result in people going elsewhere. A better system would be to put those who have cancelled appointments last minute on a list & get them to pay a deposit & not inflict this policy on everyone.
