I’m very nervous when it comes to hairdressers after having bad experiences with other salons but every time I have come to Head Office I have left feeling great. Charlotte has cut my hair twice now and both times it’s turned out better than I expected. This was a big change for me this visit and she reassured me throughout and gave me great advice. Look forward to coming back :)
