Found it very easy to book. I was greeted with a smiling face at the desk and introduced to my stylist. I explained that I wanted my very long hair cutting above my shoulders. My stylist was so friendly throughout. She did an excellent job, a perfectly straight bob style that I absolutely love! Can not fault the whole experience and more than happy to recommend them to family and friends.
