I have been a regular customer for a few years & on whole very happily with my colour & if something isn’t right it is sorted out straight away. Communication broke down & notes weren’t made from my last appointment, so when my hair was coloured this the salon was busy they were running behind so quite rushed & not the same person who coloured it last time. So the conversation about what they were going to try this time was not on my notes & my hair looks more balayage hair as my roots are bolder than the length & that was not what I wanted. I was advised to book in for a full hair colour which I have had a few times before but thought this time we were doing a toner or coloured conditioner on lengths. To be honest a bit disappointed with my hair this time around whereas usually leave feeling great about my hair.
