Incredibly skilled, professional salon! I highly recommend Diane, she is really knowledgeable, tender (her scalp massage when washing my hair was so soothing) and cares about helping you get best/healthy results. I have visited the salon a few times for treatments, texturiser, trim and colouring. Each time has been a very pleasant experience, price point is reasonable. My hair is healthier for it :)

Vida is a nice hair stylist. She did my hair really well while giving me a lot of advice and tips. She looks after her customers. I recommend.

I have neglected my hair for a number of years due to various things; I was very nervous, apprehensive too, I booked my appointment online did not know what to expect! Whilst on my way for the appointment, I received a call from an unknown number, answered it, I was informed that the hair stylist is running late because of the transport disruptions. I appreciated this. I arrive on time, the shutters are still down, obviously I already know why, which makes me feel more at ease, because I received a telephone call prior, which I perceive as a professional business with customer service on point. Ten minutes later the shutters are up, my heart is racing because it is time. First impressions does count with business relying on clients. The hair stylist was very polite and helpful. When it is about hair, I am clueless and so she took her time to explain about the weave. I had booked online, but because I did not clarify over the phone I misunderstood what I wanted done, I thought I would have to reschedule, fortunately for me, she managed to something very similar. I am very grateful and pleased with the outcome. She was also very understanding because my hair is seriously damaged. My confidence has increased too. Thank you Hiikuss.

I’ve come to Hiikuss over a year. I’ve always been satisfied. Hair dressers are nice and professional, especially Jennifer. They know what they are doing and give you good advice. I recommend this salon.
