Very professional staff adhering to government guidelines. Very thorough with cleaning inbetween clients. Friendly staff who gave honest advice about hair care and maintenance. I have always had a good experience and with the current Covid situation I still had a good experience. I would definitely recommend.

I received great customer service throughout - from the booking of an appointment to the completion of my crochet braids hairstyle. The staff had such a great energy and was very knowledgeable. Chris, who owns the salon, helped me procure the hair extensions I needed to get the look I wanted. The stylist only took a look at the picture I showed her to be able to reproduce it. She made it so it framed my face perfectly and I was elated at the result. Chris and the stylists keep the salon very clean and tidy; the equipment is cleaned between each new client. This was a key factor for me in finding a salon as I would be entrusting my hair and scalp to someone else. I am glad I found this hidden gem and I am most definitely going back.

An excellent, friendly, very helpful professional experience from the first phone call to finishing the treatment. I had a vision on what hairstyle I wanted but unsure what hair to use and which would be the best way to achieve the style. I phoned them and jennifer and the receptionist even helped me when I was at a shop to advice me the best hair, length and colour. I was overwhelmed by the way they helped. The hairdressers was relaxing place, great music to listen to and I didn’t come out with a headache like I have in previous places. Jennifer your the best. See you soon.

I've been going to this hairdressers for years after a friend recommended it to me . They really put the effort in to give you a good experience from the decor of the salon to the expertise of the stylists .Before Hiikuss my choice of afro hairdressers was limited and I had to compromise with less professional local salons (think broken equipment and bad styling) but thankfully Hiikuss steps up the standard for afro hair
