Jenifer was my stylist and she did an amazing job she gave me so many tips to keep my hair healthy, she also made me feel very welcome. The whole team was lovely and I will definitely be going back soon:)

There have been multiple occasions where the salon haven’t run to appointment times or they have cancelled my appointment it’s no notice. Despite raising this with management it continues to be a reoccurring issue with the salon. They offered to do his hair for free on the next appointment when the appointment was cancelled with zero notice but have still charged us for the last two appointments. The more patience I seem to have the more things repeatedly happen. On this last visit, not only was my appointment time not adhered to but my sons hair was not cainrowed to the end because the hairstylist said her nails made it difficult for her to plait it to the end. They then charged him full price for his hair. I’m honestly at my whits end, saying I’m disappointed is an understatement

Jennifer is an excellent stylist who I would recommend to any family member or friend. There is no one else I trust with my hair! I really appreciate her advice in particular, and her patience with my hair which is particularly unruly.

Thanks Jennifer for an amazing service...your attention to details is second to none! My hair needed alot of love after having braided it for a couple of months. The relaxer, treatment and trim was absolute perfection...such a lovely, friendly and talented stylist...10 out of 10 👌🏾

It was a long hours wait to get my hair complete. But, they were so busy with so many clients that day. However, I loved how they were so kind and gave tips and advices on how to take care of my hair next time. Also, it was wonderful that they understood my financial situation and gave me a discount for the long wait and being a new customer. The hairstyle was close to perfection but will rate it 8/10. I will definitely visit again soon.
