An excellent, friendly, very helpful professional experience from the first phone call to finishing the treatment. I had a vision on what hairstyle I wanted but unsure what hair to use and which would be the best way to achieve the style. I phoned them and jennifer and the receptionist even helped me when I was at a shop to advice me the best hair, length and colour. I was overwhelmed by the way they helped. The hairdressers was relaxing place, great music to listen to and I didn’t come out with a headache like I have in previous places. Jennifer your the best. See you soon.

I've been going to this hairdressers for years after a friend recommended it to me . They really put the effort in to give you a good experience from the decor of the salon to the expertise of the stylists .Before Hiikuss my choice of afro hairdressers was limited and I had to compromise with less professional local salons (think broken equipment and bad styling) but thankfully Hiikuss steps up the standard for afro hair

In the beginning the reception was a bit cold. Then someone called Elizabeth. She was marvellous. She cut my ailing hair with great care. I felt as if she was paying attention to every single hair. She also advised me how to moisturize my hair. Gave me plenty of tips. I shall definitely go back again to her The salon was modern looking, very clean and above all, unlike many black hairdressers not crowded.

Each visit to the salon the staff have been professional, curteous and friendly, and affordable prices. The appointment was done on time and not the usual hairdresser overbooking hour wait time, on this occasion I had no appointment but I was dealt with promptly and with the same warmth and professionalism I have come to know. Many Thanks, everyone complemented my hair on how great it looked. I felt years younger x Merry Christmas and a Happy New year 😍
