My appointment took 3 hours that is too long due to my stylist being book with another client. May i suggest that staff should look at what clients are having done before double booking as its not fair for the first client to be left waiting several times when their hair is being done for the stylist to start another's hair. Also i was told that if a second relaxer tub is opened then the client has to pay extra i was not aware of this when i was booking the appointment and i dont think that is fair. Client should be made aware of changes before not whilst their hair is being done.

Simone was welcoming and accommodating to fit me in around her existing clients as I had a hair emergency. Efforts were definitely made to save my hair and she even stayed late to make sure the outcome was acceptable, styling the hair with care and precision. Now I just need to get used to having super short hair!

My second time at the salon and the women I had Layota seemed moody and wasn't as helpful as could have been. Doesn't create the nicest experience when you are paying lots of money to get your hair done

I had a relaxer done and the woman who did my hair didn't put any vaseline near my hairline above my forehead (and unfortunately I wasn't paying attention at this point to notice). As a result I received first-degree chemical burns on this area and left the salon with a red, irritated hairline. It was also annoying that the Stylist played it down and told me that the area wasn't red when I could clearly feel my skin burning and saw afterwards that it WAS indeed red and inflamed. I'd much rather have a Stylist that admits to mistakes when they happen and apologises. It's much more professional and avoids adding insult to (literal) injury.
