An excellent level of customer service - very welcoming and warm. You can tell that they are professionals. My only concern is that I feel a sense of pressure to pay more than expected and use more of their services.

Simone was my hairstylist. If anyone knows me I am very fussy and she had so much patience with me which was extraordinary. She ' slayed' my hair beautifully. She did exactly what I wanted and went above and beyond my expectations. She's the one to have!! She will meet all your expectations and accommodate your needs.

I found the hairstylist to be quite unfriendly and a bit of attitude whilst explaining what I wanted done Was not really pleased with the final product as I couldn't see any difference on what she did to my wig Prior to booking was misinformed about the pricing £5-15. And asked to pay different amount (£25) after service The receptionist was quite lovely but should rather be specific when proving customers with feedback regarding wig. Nee iron men's is always neat.

I had yeta. She couldn't perform the service I asked for and was quite rude. I will never go to this salon again.

My appointment took 3 hours that is too long due to my stylist being book with another client. May i suggest that staff should look at what clients are having done before double booking as its not fair for the first client to be left waiting several times when their hair is being done for the stylist to start another's hair. Also i was told that if a second relaxer tub is opened then the client has to pay extra i was not aware of this when i was booking the appointment and i dont think that is fair. Client should be made aware of changes before not whilst their hair is being done.

Excellent customer service, hair is beautiful
