There would need to be extenuating circumstances for me to ever visit this salon again. I came in for a hair treatment for my natural hair, and had intended to get cornrows done afterwards but I decided to leave it at the blow-dry. I have never been treated so rudely in all my life. I didn't receive anything even approaching a hair consultation so I tried to ask the hairdresser what treatment would be best and to give a bit of info about how my hair had been doing, and was met with reluctant single sentence answers. She was so rough on my poor natural hair, from the washing to the combing. I lost more hair at this salon than I have ever lost on a treatment and blow dry. I tend to have treatments every 6 weeks, so I'm very familiar with the process. When I went to pay, she simply said "£35", handed me my receipt, and walked off without a word. I really really can't stress enough that I did nothing to illicit this kind of response - I wasn't rude, or late, or impatient, or complaining. I left close to tears. I should mention, I have been to this salon before and it was good. Maybe not as good as Angels in Burnt Oak but not bad. As with most hairdressers, it's down to the individual who does the hair.

I had an appointment for a trim for 10am it took 40 minutes instead of 15 minutes due to my stylist leaving me to answer the phone as there I'd no receptionists which makes as big difference to a business there is no personal attention anymore we used to be offered tea or coffee or a cold drink that's stopped ages ago and you do notice as this was part off the service which made you different from the test off the salons it a Shane the standard as dropped hope it will get better for business sake to keep your clients happy while doing there hair

Very Disapointed with my service I have been going to this salon for over three years and feel that standers are slipping. My stylist was running late and then rushed my hair to get my hair done so she could start her next client when I. complained about how she did my hair I was given attitude by her and another stylist. This is the second time I have had to complain about the service I have had and feel that I am throwing money away when I go there If this salon is charging such prices they really need to have the staff to match.

The hairstyle I asked for was not the hairstyle given to me. It wasn't worth the money I paid. I visited on 22/7/16. Quite dissapointed. Won't be coming bk

My only concern was the fact that I went to book appointments in person for a lace Frontals, however the person that booked it booked it as u part weave. Because of the wrong booking I ended up spending more than I was expecting to.
