Amazing service from Raiisa and of course style! She is soooo gentle when washing/drying my hair it was almost therapeutic!! Great conversation and laughter from her, I genuinely felt at ease and felt welcomed by the staff and manager Chris. I was happy that I came out looking so much better than when I first went in 🤣🤣🤣.

I booked the KeraStraight treatment with a trim for my very long and thick 3C curly/kinky hair. I am a Hijabi so I contacted the salon prior to booking and the owner Chris confirmed that they provide a black screen so that you cannot be seen from the street which I was very happy about. I also received this response very promptly a couple of hours after sending the email. The hairdresser allocated to me was named Raissa she was very polite and friendly and did an excellent job with my hair as it is difficult to comb and manage in general but I didn’t feel uncomfortable with any part of the process. She was very patient and didn’t rush any of the steps which could hinder the results. The process took almost 5 hours mainly due to my hair type and length but was extremely pleased with the outcome. My hair was trimmed at the end, I’ve heard of many people request a trim from other salons and hairdressers in their lifetime and end up with many inches being cut so I was nervous but again I requested a very small amount to be trimmed so as to retain the length and that is exactly what she did. Again, I am extremely pleased with the service and the outcome, I would 100% recommend the service to anyone and I will be back in the near future.
