I am always happy with Houghton Cuts. Every member of staff is lovely, the salon is lovely and clean, with a beautiful smell. Geri is amazing with my brows, she's also a lovely human in general.

I was made to feel welcome and comfortable from the start, it is a very lovely environment to be in, and as I was very nervous at getting my hair done seeing as I hadn't had it done in so long and thought I was very damaged I was beyond amazed at how well it turned out. My hairs never felt so healthy and I have never left a hair dressing appointment feeling so happy. Everything was explained so well and I trust enjoyed my experience and just chatting with the girls.

Gerri did a full body massage for me. She concentrated on specific areas after I thought I had torn a muscle and trapped a nerve. This massage was the best I’ve ever had and I’ve had a lot of massages in the past. It only did she free my trapped nerve, she released so much tension. I was immediately able to move my arm and head to almost full range. She gave me lots of really good advice. She clearly knew what she was doing and I’m very grateful for her skill. Definitely recommend. 10/10 from me!!

This is the third time that I have visited Houghton Cuts. It is not local to where I live at all but a convenient place to my work location, however, I will go out of my way to visit this salon from now on. I had an appointment with Danielle, one of their senior stylists, and I left feeling amazing. This is the second appointment I have had with this stylist and she is friendly and easy to chat to. She takes her time, talks through what you want and what she is doing, is attentive, and clearly loves what she does. The salon itself is lovely, clean and spacious with parking nearby.
