I booked an appointment with a stylist to find out at the end of the appointment it was another stylist that had been doing my hair. . And no one thought to tell me ! I asked for a cut but I received a trim instead . The salon also freezing cold. The stylist was more expensive than the one booked which wasn't a problem financially but again they should inform customers that it's going to cost more . This is the third poor experience in this salon so it's sayonara from me !

Unfortunately I won’t be back, I have been coming best part of a year, my stylist who I always book is always running late and always seems to have a few clients on the go, therefore keeps handing me over to either a newly qualified or someone who is only training, I am certainly not knocking the young girls but I am not paying cheap, I am paying for one of the more experienced stylists and for the last 3 times have been handed over to a junior which unfortunately do not have the experience to do my hair the way I like it. Today was the final straw, my colour which was done off a newly qualified was all wrong, I have a couple of different colours in and on one side it’s obvious that the colour was put on wrong as i have a broad band of bright blonde rather than alternating colours. My roots were also not done which I always have done, when I pointed this out I was told I wasn’t booked in for that , only half a head of highlights and lowlights which took 3 and a half hours I agree the younger ones have to learn but I always pay extra for an experienced stylist, if I want to let the less experienced practice on my hair, I can go to the local college for a fraction of the price. I am sorry to be negative about today’s visit but hopefully yous act on it and improve your service.

Hair appointment lasting a total of 12 minutes no hair products offered, no coffee but then would have took longer to boil a kettle than to cut my hair.

Felt really rushed, only in salon a total of 35 minutes for a wash cut and blow dry and I have really long hair! Had 2 hairdressers blow dry my hair which is not very nice, was not offered any finishing products to be applied once hair was finished. When I got to my home my hair was still damp. I have been using this salon for a number of years but this visit has made me feel like looking for somewhere else sadly.

I’m really not someone who complains but as someone who gets their nails done often with BIAB I can’t believe the way my nails were done at my appointment. I had booked in as an infill as I already had BIAB on my nails but done elsewhere. It was agreed that UV gel was to be used to “infill” as different BIAB brands may not be compatible which I understood. I discussed what I wanted and showed a picture and was really not happy with the end result, it looked nothing like the picture. After every coat there was more filing which left the nail dusty which stuck to the gel. I’ve attached a collection of pictures to show the picture of what I wanted and what I got. You can still see the original BIAB placement and colour, and some of the nail doesn’t even have any gel on them from the filing. I wasn’t asked what colour I wanted they were just chosen, and the bottle of pink must have had the tiniest bit in because it had to be inverted each time more was needed. I’ve come away feeling really disappointed and stressed because these nails were meant to last for several big events in the next few weeks but now need to have them re-done. Also, the cuticles were worked on twice (before and after gel application) but no oil was added at the end of the appointment. The finish to the nails is now very scratchy and bumpy. I’m really sorry to have to leave this review but it’s just no where near what I expected from a nail appointment
