Friendly, cheerful, attentive staff who take care over the treatment of each client throughout the appointment.They always listen and respond sensitively and tactfully. Skilful and creative professionals offer advice if asked. Younger staff can always seek guidance from more experienced team members.It is refreshing that the staff concentrate on offering excellent hairdressing rather than a café experience,although hot and cold drinks are readily available. Highly recommended 👌
