I booked with a hairdresser I have used before only to be called an hour before my appointment to be told she wasn't in due to a bereavement in the previous week. I was not impressed that the salon had waited till an hour before to let me know. The hairdresser I was re booked with was really good however the experience in the salon was abysmal. You may serve tea with a lovely oblong plate with tiny teapot and milk jug but that does not give you the right to treat people like a number, maybe a course of being genuine rather that trying to extract money from people would be worthwhile. I had booked, colour, cut and threading. Had my colour and cut and was taken to the reception to pay and was being charged for my threading that I hadn't had, when I questioned this the threading appointment was much later and I did not have time to hang around, completely disorganised. The receptionists had very abrupt attitude and I left feeling like the £80 I had spent was worth it for the hair cut but felt very let down by the way I was treated, at that price I expect to be looked after. I have rebooked but will be cancelling.

The first time I came it was great, I loved my hair it was fabulous. I came for a second visit as I was told it was very likely my hair was going to fade. So i came, expecting the exact same outcome as the first time but it was done differently, as in totally different procedure and a totally different colour. I still love it ! But I am worried that it is going to fade again because it was put on as a semi-permanent colour. I didn’t ask for semi-permanent but I assume my hairdresser knows best! I hope it doesn’t fade drastically! I do love the colour but I was told that if it did fade lots within a week, to go back. My only problem there is that I can’t keep spending lots of money on my hair for it to fade in a week ! Fingers crossed this colour doesn’t fade ! (Me on the right at how dark it was when it was first done the first time !)
