Price of my treatmeant had more than doubled since I came 2 months ago, pretty outrageous! Also my hair dresser, who is lovely, was late and therefore rushed off without styling my hair as she normally does.

I would like more advice from the hair dresser instead of she asking me about what I want, because I only have a rough idea of what I want and that would need further development from the hair-dresser's side.

Whilst my initial experience was great, unfortunately about mid way through the application of the shellac the assistant began to rush, the end result was a very cheap looking manicure with an uneven and unprofessional finish, there were even sharp bits which could be caught easily. To say shellac is supposed to last 14 days, this lasted barely 3 days before it began to peel off and chip. As I was abroad I couldn't return to the salon to have it fixed. Safe to say I will be going elsewhere for my manicures in future.

The lady washed my hair and the lady who blow dried and styled my hair were lovely and did a great job however I was charged a senior stylist price (£39) when most of the work was done by apprentices. Although everyone did a lovely job, Ellie who blow dried and styled my hair was amazing, i do feel i shouldn’t be charged that price when the senior stylist didn’t do the majority of it. She had been cutting my hair for about a minute and she was calling other ladies over to blow dry and style, I did feel a bit palmed off onto other people. That being said the end result is good I just feel the price was unfair, and the senior stylist wasn’t too bothered about doing anything on my hair.

Hi, so I’ve been coming in now for a number of months to go from box brown to ballyage blonde. At first I was advised it would be roughly three sessions of highlights. Still after three sessions I haven’t been able to achieve the look I want. Sadly coming in the other day I had a new stylist and I’ll be honest I’m not very happy with the state of how my hairs been done. The highlights were brought up higher than the last three sessions and a lot of my under back hair was not out into foils so when I tie my hair up half is brown and half is strawberry/ slightly ginger blonde and I just didn’t have the heart to say anything at the time. I’m really unhappy with my hair but will need to leave it like this until it’s safe to bleach again. I don’t want any stylists to get in trouble at all, just would appreciate a correction service or a discount on my next visit. Can provide pictures at a later date or if someone calls, sorry and thanks :(

I'd return for the highlights because she did a great job and it was affordable, but definitely NOT for a cut. I told her about my hair texture and what i didn't want. She didn't listen and i found myself getting home with hair too short and layers that didn't work for my hair type-even though i'd been very clear about how my hair dries. I also felt very rushed as i was her last client.
