Comment
The facilities and initial parts of my visit were excellent. However once it got to the actual cut the stylist proceeded to cut as we had discussed but then gave me no opportunity to give feedback or see whether any more changes were wanted - e.g. more length off, layers etc. As such it all ended quite abruptly and I’ve been left feeling like I’ve paid a lot of money for not a lot to be done to my hair.
