Jo and Cass is one of the most progressive salon groups in the UK. Jo Ireland and Graham Cass began their creative partnership in 1996 having recognised the need for a world class hair salon in the North West.

My hairdresser, Natalie, had previously advised me on how to go about my allergic reaction to toner when dying/highlighting my hair. I returned with the understanding of using an alternative form of dye: bleach. It worked incredibly well, and I was left extremely satisfied and happy as a customer. I would recommend Natalie as she is not only patient and understanding, but evidently very much in touch with her profession and confident in her ability to accommodate her clients. In addition, I was actually late to my brow wax appointment which came before the dye. Very quickly, despite this being my fault, staff rescheduled the wax after the hair appointment. It was a seamless manoeuvre. I would like to mention the young staff member, usually dressed in a white shirt, who is always alert and engaged with customers who arrive to check in. They are doing a fantastic job. I have been a regular at Jo and Cass for a couple of years now, but today was certainly the perfect picture of their customer service and willingness to work around their customers. Thank you!
