Comment
The entire 3 hours was a pleasant experience, the staff are great and the freebies that are offered to you are also a bonus. This is my second time at Jo & Cass, first time went exactly how I wanted it too however this time it was a little different. I went in for a cut and colour, the end result was great until I got home and realised the side of my head hair was a slightly different colour from the top, it's not drastic and I hope purple shampoo can lighten it up to the same colour but for the price I paid I was expecting it to be 100% perfect. I understand it doesn't always go well and the stylist at the time probably didn't notice the colour as much as I did.
