David and Hayley have been doing my hair for 10 years now. Always treated brilliantly and well looked after. They both do a fab job hence why I gave continued to return for many years and hopefully many more!

Jo and Cass are consistently professional and creative! The Lancaster salon is usually extremely busy, especially from Thursday to Saturday, and this is the one drawback - finding a space and/or your stylist in the warren of rooms and rickety staircases! The refurb is also beginning to look a little tired? But the service and attitude of everyone from reception to apprentices, the coffee etc., and particularly the flair of the stylists cannot be bettered, anywhere, in my experience. Sometimes, because of pressure on appointments when I have suddenly needed one, I have had to go elsewhere; it wouldn't be anywhere but another J&C salon. Prices creep up and are a little demanding, but overall, I'd rather pay for this excellent service than risk a less reliable company.

Karen is by far the best hairdresser I have had the pleasure of dealing with. She is professional, friendly, and extremely competent. She is a real treasure and someone I have recommended many times. The front desk was chaotic hence the reduction in service score.
