My daughter thoroughly enjoyed the experience of having her hair cut today. Matthew listened and understood exactly what she wanted and talked to her throughout, explaining how she could easily style and look after her style at home. The young lady who washed my daughter’s hair was also lovely and chatted to my daughter, making her feel at ease. Thank you Matthew for taking extra time and care to help make the experience relaxed and enjoyable.

I had my hair washed by a new member of staff who very very polite and courteous through, he also made an effort to talk to me and get to know me and how I liked my hair to be done, he kept my up to date on the products he was using and seemed very keen to learn the job. I then had my hair cut, blow dried and styled by Helen Murray who has done my hair a few times now and as always was lovely to talk to, she gave me advice and recommended products after I had asked and took on board what I how I wanted my hair done.

One tiny complaint - I was asked if I'd like a drink and requested a cappucino. It didn't come, unfortunately (and I was really looking forward to it as this is definitely one of the lovely extras that makes a trip to Jo & Cass special). However, I've been coming for several years and this is the first time my drink didn't arrive so can't really complain too much :) It's still a lovely experience to visit your salon.

First time using this hairdressers and I was really impressed. The salon is amazing, the massage chairs are amazing and Hannah who I had was really knowledgeable and made me feel at ease. She did a great job of my hair and have already booked for my return.
