I am very happy with the service I received at Jo and Cass Lancaster salon. My hair is always cut and coloured exactly as I ask it to be . The staff are always friendly and courteous. I also use the beauty salon for other pamper treats and every member of staff there is helpful and offer good advice and excellent service. Never had any reason to complain in over ten years. Coffee, tea and other refreshments are part of the service at no extra cost which makes visiting the salon a lovely experience.
