Jo and Cass is one of the most progressive salon groups in the UK. Jo Ireland and Graham Cass began their creative partnership in 1996 having recognised the need for a world class hair salon in the North West.

I missed my appointment due to terrible traffic. The receptionists (Rebecca and Lauren) could not have been more helpful in trying to re-schedule. They fitted me in creatively, left a note for the colourist (an extremely confident, competent and efficient young lady) to use the heater to speed up my re-scheduled, but somewhat tight visit. Everybody, including the busy (and as always, excellent) stylist, bent over backwards to be flexible, co-operative and understanding. The service is always high quality, but this visit was especially so. The only slight downside is that due to your success and excellent customer service, the salon is often madly busy, and can be rather noisy as a result. You can't do much about that, though? Many thanks for excellence!
