Janine is incredible at her job and is a wonderful person. The waxing is always on point and the service delivery is perfect. However, I do not do my haircuts At your salon anymore due to poor experiences both in how I've been treated by the hairdressers and the quality of the haircuts. You have so many hairdressers, so it's possible that I've been unlucky or that the people had a bad day, but it's still not acceptable when this has happened more than once. But like I said, the waxing is excellent, so I keep coming back for that.
